My 2000 4x4 seams to ride the same. It’s been riding on the bump stops. I cranked up on the torsion bars and it worked for a while. Now I’m out of adjustments on the torsion adjustment bolts and I’m back to riding on the bump stops. I wonder if the torsion bars are weak and bad. My front bump stops are all cracked now too. It’s sad but I still have the OEM shocks on it too. The shocks will be the easy things to change out. What about the torsion bars and bump stops, are these hard to change?

I have a 2000'Tahoe and suburban and after about 140k both started to sag, lean and ride like s@&$". It took some time to figure out that the torsion bars are/were worn out and weak. I replaced them with aftermarket parts and things were back to normal. I also had rear coil springs that had seen better days so I replaced them too which was easy. Just be careful when working on the torsion bars since they have a lot of tension on them. Chitons/Haynes manuals cover removal and installation procedures.
