2000 tahoe codes gone crazy

HAd a couple of common codes go off, changed all 4 02 sensors cleaned the maf, changed the coil (po 300) new plugs and wires. Had all pressures checked, check for leaks etc..... Reset codes drove around for a while, PAssed inspection, 1 mile later check engine light came on. Drove from Ma. to N.C. GA. then ALA. and back. Light blinked a few times , went away then came back on. checked codes again, this is what shows now. codes 137,138,160,161,171 and 300. What gives???????????? Truck drives great, I do have high miles 212000.

Okay so all of the o2 sensors are acting up beside bank 2 sensor 1 in my opinion since random misfire code and system to lean i would check fuel pressure and fuel filter also check the maf sensor what did you use to clean it what codes did you have prior to changing the 02 sensors and i would replace the bank 2 sensor 2 since the heater circuit is malfuntioning do you have the which motor do you have

The motor is 5.3 I used MAF cleaner All pressure is good.
