2000 LS's Dash Lights out

They started going out intermittently several months ago and now they will no longer come on. I'm afraid it's more than a fuse as there are no other accompanying problems. Anyone experience this prob? thanks.

I would start with the lighting switch on the left side of the dash where you can adjust the brightness of the dash lights. If they are ALL out, meaning the radio, heater/ac control, etc.
