1999 Tahoe passenger side window issue

I have never seen this but I bought a nice used Tahoe some time ago. But from day one, the passenger side window only rolls down partially, just like the back windows. Now I am wondering what has to be done to get this window where it will roll down. Is it possible someone replaced the wrong regulator or motor or something like that at some point maybe?

I love my Tahoe, just would like my passenger side window to roll down..:happy160:

Any ideas or help on what to do please let me know... thanks

Pull the inner door panel off and inspect the linkage, bet one of the rollers took a dump.....
