1999 tahoe fuel problems??

i have a 99 tahoe it cranks fine in the mornings but about 30-45 min after driving it wont get over 3000 rpm like it bogs down ...anyone ever had this problem before or any suggestions?? i have already replaced the fuel filter and the fuel pump is still whinning ......

it read 55 on.... so i replaced the fuel pump an its fine now thanks
