1996 Tahoe Back seat cable replacement

How hard is it to replace the cable for the rear seat (60/40) in the back of a 1996 Chevy Tahoe? Any recommendations is appreciated.

Gonna have to cut into the bottom of the seat cloth as best as I can tell, I have one broke on mine, I just dig down in with a pair of pliars and pull what is left for now.
