1996 tahoe 4wd turns over but won't start.

Morning. I have a 96. I've checked all fuses, fuel pump, fuel filter. Cleaned the spider injector, changed the ignition coil and replaced the timing chain. After all that it still turns over but want start. Any help is welcomed. What am I missing?

What we are missing is the test results for the fuel pump and fuel filter. How exactly did you test and the results?
