1996 4 Dr 4x4 stroker engine

I have a 96 tahoe with 200000 miles still runs good. Im looking to rebuild it with a stroker motor bigger brakes ETC. I need help on the motor looking to do a stroker either a crate or rebuild the one in it. Was wondering if anyone has done this and how hard would it be with computer reprogramming etc. I figure 10 to 12 grand for everything im doind most of the work was a mechanic for 16 years so I know quite a bit. Any help or ideas would be great. Will be used fortowing a camp trailer, and dack and forth to work. Thanks

You could do it for that, why not drop a crate engine in it and add a supercharger kit?
