I have a 95 Tahoe I just put a new Edelblock intake, rebuilt tbi heads, throttle body spacer and rebuilt throttle body on it with a few mods done to it. It was running rough before all of this was done cause I had a blown intake gasket on the original intake.

Its only run rough at night now when I'm coming home from work but not when I go into work during the afternoon. The idle goes up and down when it stop at a light or stop sign, when I'm driving it down the road the RPM are sticking then it just jump up in the RPM then drop. I have gotten the truck scanned and nothing is showing up and everything is working fine.

I need some advice so I can try to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.

Injectors are working good and the fuel psi is at 11-1/2. It has a brand new dissy, new coil, PVC valve, wires, plugs, timing is dead on.

double check the gap on the plugs. I had the same issues on a stock engine and found the gaps were the culprit. I've seen some others posting about plug gap issues in the past, I'll see if I can track some of those down and post the links

What brand of EGR Did you use? I would use a blockoff plate to block off/ remove the EGR and see how it runs....

It will run better with the block off plate........ TBI's also have a tendancy to suck the base gasket in and will sometimes set a code 32.....
