i believe this will work--i know a couple people that have done this, and seems to be a hot topic these days--
the 07+ will come with the TPMS...tire pressure monitoring system, which if the vehicle is not equipped with that, you just wont use it...this only needs to be thought about when new wheels are going on an 07+

I'm also trying to find the offset for the 00-06's.... I've attached a pic of the wheel on my 03 Yukon.

I did find this info, in case anyone's curious:

Manufacturer Part Number: 5126
Bolt Pattern: 6 x 5.5
Rim Diameter (inches): 17
Rim Width: 7.5J
Offset: ???

Thanks bud. I still haven't had any luck finding the offset for the 00-06's.... I was hoping to use that info to figure out which wheels would give me ~2" of tire sticking out of my '03 wheel wells. Does anyone know I can figure this out without my current offset info?

(Also, other than my car getting dirty more often, are there any drawbacks of having my tires extend ~2" outside of the wheel wells?)

I'm not sure what the offset is but my 20's have at least 5.25" baskspacing. Most factory wheels will allow a pretty big tires since they are sucked quite a ways into the wheelwells.

17's have similar offset as my 20's.
