07 NAV Radio in 04 Tahoe

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to install a 07 GM Nav unit in a 2004 Tahoe? I currently have the 6CD Bose system with the rear seat entertainment unit.

It would be a lot cheaper to get an aftermarket unit, fyi.
