06 tahoe freeze plug HELP!

I believe i blew out one of my front freeze plugs this morning, and trying to figure out whats the best way to fix it. Any, and all help would be greatly appreciated! With the economy the way it is...money is a scarce commodity, so if at all possible i need to do the work myself.
