05 Tahoe radiator fan

I am at a loss of what to do next. My wife's Tahoe's radiator fan will not shut off when the car is turned off. I replaced the computer. My code reader gave me codes that the relays were bad. I replaced them and it still stays on. Any ideas?

Possibly moisture on pin42 of the PCM again. I don't think you sealed it up properly when you swapped PCM. unplug 42 and dry it out, then see where you stand.

Or the replacement PCM is also faulting on the same PiN: not impossible.
