05 Tahoe, brakes squealing help?

I have an 05 Tahoe LTZ Z71. About 3 months ago the suspension was squeaking and I lubed the rubber bushings up and it went away. Then about a month later the breaks started squeaking and I pulled the tires off checked nothing. I did not actually pull the brakes off so I am wondering if the brake pads are now pressed in or are they screwed in? What is the best method of keeping the calipers squeezed in if they are compressed?

To many variables... how many miles.. what do the rotors measure out too. Are they below minimum thickness... do you have factory pads or aftermarket
