I recently installed a cold air intake on my vehicle. But now it seems to be getting to much air and not enough fuel. Would it be better for me to get a performance chip to change the air to fuel ratio or just reflash it? Has anyone else had this problem?

How do you know this? You would have an isolated incident if you leaned out too much. Doesnt seem to be an issue with anyone else here or with anyone from the GTO board I belong to either.

Every time I hit the gas It seems to suck in to much air. If it isn't the intake could it be a sensor going bad then? If I try speeding up it sucks in so much air it actually starts to bog down, and tries to die.

Never Heard of this before. Is your Mass Airflow Sensor clean?

If your not noticing as much power as you'd hoped, go with the programmer/tuner for more fuel & timing...
