'00 Tahoe 5.3 - Windshield Washer Tank and Rear Wiper Motor

The reservoir tank on my '00 Tahoe has started to leak. I have a feeling the pump may have given up the ghost and is leaking.

What's the procedure for removal of the tank?

Also, the rear wiper motor is starting to fail. Anyone have the procedure for removal and replacement for this motor? Maybe just a corroded electrical contact, not sure though until I get a chance to access the assm.
