ok here's one for you, my 06 runs e85...5.7 v8... I had a problem with rough starts... it would be really cold and the thing needed three tries to get running...I would not start, then it would chug and die, then it would start really rough and smooth out took it to chevy it ran a misfire...

My buddy is a big chevy guy and an ase master mechanic...we had this discussion.. to go the custom route with a true dual exhaust is not worth the money you will put into it...IMHO the single in and dual out is the way to go... the reprogram on the computer will help as well.. good luck man..
