Thanks for this info, worked like a charm. The plug that leads from the body to the liftgate has 2 fried wires. On the plug itself it's labeled Delphi PA66 but when I look online for a replacement it comes up w/ plugs that don't look the same... do you think I could just bypass the plug or is...

Hey Rockin..., It's taken me a while to go check the wire(s) out but was just looking at it and those weather boots seem to be on there pretty damn good. Do you know if there is a trick to get em off or do I just need to "man up" and give em good tug? I even looked in the Haynes repair book...

Hi all, My 01' Tahoe's rear window won't defog and its driving me crazy. When I measure voltage at the rear I'm only getting 5 to 6 Volts, shouldn't I be getting around 12v? The fuse/relay are good but I've also noticed my pass side mirror doesn't warm up either. Are these connected...
