I have the same problem on a 2004 Tahoe. No codes at all. I changed out the blend actuator and that fixed one of the issues bigger issues (blowing hot when a/c was on), but I also cant seem to dial in the temperature on some occasions. The problem comes and goes. Anyone have any luck with...
