Resolved. Here is what I did. Replaced the fuse, Bulbs, Circuit board and switch. While i was replacing the switch, i removed the 1 foot wire harnest that was attached to the swtich as well since it was easier to get to and noticed a broken white wire on the harnest. I sordered the cable...
