Dude...I'll be honest...I KNOW that these are probably over kill....but I am a HUGE fan of the look. I might only "need" them 10-15 times a year....I just want to make sure I'm not going to be driving so much on the Highway that I only get like 30K miles out of them./
My truck ain't...
its wicked easy to turn...and you turn the wheel a lot...for very little actual turn.
Driving during windy conditions is a nightmare....in a decent wind....its not uncommon for me to hold my steering wheel at almost 2 o'clock. Problem is....you pass an area where the wind dies....and you get...
Curious what you would say about how these ratings look:

Well thats good to hear....I put a ton of miles on my truck...and if I end up with something that wears down fast....I'd be pissed. I don't need 60K miles out of them....but at least 45 would be nice
I'm looking at putting a set of these on my 01 Tahoe...and have trying to do a bit of research as to what to expect out of them.
And I am floored at how wide the ratings gap on these is. Some people are getting rid of these things after 20K miles....other just love them.
Lots are saying...
you had the BFG's on there right?
what was your opinion of the handling in rain/snow? I've read some good reviews....and some really bad ones
and I'm a little shy about shelling out 1500 bones for a wheel set up that may only last a year and a half
Alright ya'll...I got a tires/wheels question that appears to be a bit different than what I can find in the archives.
I gots a 01 Tahoe with the stock 16 rims...and am putting stock 17in Z71 wheels on.
I want to put BFG T/A KO's on....but need to know what the largest size I can put on is...
