98 Tahoe owner, 244,,000 miles and heater fan just quit blowing on low settings but will work on hi. It worked just fine on an 8 hour drive up to cold country but now that the outside temperature is around zero to 32 degrees it is acting up. Appreciate any clues as to what might be the problem...
