If I run a larger gap will i get better gas mileage? I am trying to do some research over at fullsizechevy and the OBS guys say they picked up some mileage with bigger gap. Anything to help the gas bill wont hurt.

All of the plug wires are pretty much the same. Coil On Plug, not possible to mix up firing order.

wal mart sells a kit that is called "head light restorer" comes with 1500 grit sandpaper 2000 grit sandpaper clearcoat sealer $20.00 Bucks So go buy sandpaper and a rattle can of clear coat, wet sand them and clear them. then they will look good.

you will have to look at them. if i remember right they just come straight up. (i took my rack off when i painted and thats when i took the crossbar off) but i think its possible with the rack on the truck

pull the plastic end caps off and slide them all the way back off. you release them with the handle on each side and if you stand on the rear bumper you can grab it in the middle and yank.

i would do the seafoam treatment and change the plugs. i have new plugs and wires and it starts the first bump over it gets.
