ooohhh.... I get what your saying....the key goes on the bar either too low or too high...its not an adjustment issue (yet) ..did you take the bars out during install?
If you could take some pictures i can probally help. you should be able to adjust the torscion bars from lowest to highest. there shouldnt be two definate levels. hit up some pics and I can help troubleshoot...sorry Im not around or I would take a drive over.
Rockford 8" in the factory box. You can see the amp in the last pic mounted to the side of the box.
sounds really good now that i have a h/u with a sub output. i had a line out converter before and it sounded ok, alot better now.
Mine got in a minor accident like yours and it sits the same way. I havent got around to fixing it but I plan on extending those holes on the latch. that should solve the problem...
If your not going to be running a boatload of power hook it up in the red "batt" box on the side of the motor near the alternator. there is a easy post in there....
the nut on the back side of that cargo net holder is clipped on the body it wont fall. you can pull it apart with no worries( just turn the bass down on the radio?)
I did mine myself with dupont clear coat with a slight black tint to it. any body shop should be able to do it. just ask around. it looks alot better than the tint film.
