Super easy, remove center bench seat and add console. Bolts align with existing bolts for seat. minor shaving with rotary tool for tight fit against dash. Similar to this one but got it for alot cheaper...

Blower fix I had the same issue with my 2002. It is the resistor that is located under the passenger side dash by the blower motor. 15 minute fix with $25 part. The resistor corrodes out due to moisture.
