Ok I know how to check for spark. Where do I check fuel pressure? I can't find a place to check?

I hit with ether and it fires up and dies. If I hit it with ether and keep it running it will eventually pick up and keep running. After running at an idle for about 15 minutes it just shuts off like I just turned the key off.

This thing has been messing with me pretty bad. It only gets fuel when it wants to. Pump kicks on. Filter is new. i get fuel at the filter. Something is stopping it from going to throttle body. Hit it with ether and it fires up. Any ideas? No check engine light.

1999 Tahoe. LT

So I ran my battery down. When attempting to jump, I was not getting good connection. So I adjust my cables and the lights start flashing, engine turns over and gauges go crazy. And the keys were in my pocket. Any ideas?

I do have a cel. It says lower o2 sensors. Could this cause it?

Hey guys. New from Kentucky. Needing serious advice. Got a99 Tahoe with a 5.7. While driving it sounds like engine is surging up and down. One day Iwas driving down the road and just dies. After a tow home and research I change fuel filter. It was 95% clogged. Thought it solved problem. Still...
