Mine did not have the electrical connector so can't help you there. It will come apart so there has to be a release somewhere on the connector and most of them have a small tab that you press to release.
Does anybody know if you have to remove the drivers door panel on a 2015 Yukon/Tahoe to replace the mirror switch or can it be replaced without removing the panel?
A similar "push button" release as earlier models is under the seat cover material, there is one on each post and pushes in from the left to the right (on the left side of each post). Why the heck GM did this is beyond me. Guess in makes it easier for the robot to put the seat cover on! At...
Anyone know how to remove the 2nd row headrests in a 2015 Tahoe/Yukon? I know GM says they are not adjustable or removable, but there has to be some way as they are a separate item from the seat and I don't think they upholstered the seat after installing the headrest.

Removed my 3rd row seats today from my 2015 Yukon SLE
First remove the plastic covers under the front of the seat by pulling them upwards to release (just snapped in)
Has anyone removed their 2015 third row seats? I need more cargo space and would like to remove all of the compartments and seats. If somebody has done this how big are the pieces once they are out (thinking of storage size)? Anybody have any pictures of the floor with them removed?
Thanks for...
What are you trying to do when you say you speak? First you must save an address in your address book in the nav unit, then you must add a voice command to that address (one you can remember such as "Phoenix"). After you have done all that then you press the button on the steering wheel until it...
Everything you need to know is in the document I made including a picture of the Onstar box connector that shows the pin locations. The Onstar connector is a 16 pin connector not a 12 pin. Looking at the front of the connector with the clip on the top 1 thru 8 are on the top and 9 thru 16 are on...
Perfectly normal in the newer vehicles, the computer shuts down the charging to save wear and tear on the alternator and save gas supposedly when there is no need for the charging. When the vehicle needs more voltage it will then rise again above 14 volts.
Also here are documents (printable) showing the install for the factory nav radio I did and the Kenwood back-up camera install I did.

As I said before I don't know what they figured to flash the radio as it was included in the deal I made to purchase the vehicle from them. I still have the original 6 disc cd radio. I am keeping it in case I decide to trade vehicles and want to keep the nav unit.
Works every time  Salespeople and sales managers try to hide stuff all the time - why? because they both get paid on commission and every dollar spent on the deal costs them 25% of what it costs to replace or repair something. My new Malibu had "Alloy Wheels" on the window sticker and...
