That must have been scary to unbolt that tensioner with the belt still on it and then at the end of the bolt threads the tensioner just flew off. Dangerous. You should always check here first if you haven't done some of these mechanical things before.

If it was in the hole before you took it off then it should go back in the same hole. The hole is to help locate it for correct mounting so it has the correct tension on the spring load on the belt. If the locating nub on the back of tensioner is the same size as the hole then it should fit...

I looked all over Rock Auto Parts for that part, not there. Even typed in the casting number for a cross reference with no luck. That will be a dealer item only or salvage yard, IMO.
