Usually the stepper motors go bad. There is a company that sells the stepper motors on ebay.I think he can fix them for you too. Hope this helps

Well i have an 04 but from my experance i added a dual exhaust and a CAI and i lost mpg. so im not sure what to do to increase MPG. Try doing a good tune up and checking your tire pressure, and change all fluids. i'd start there but remember that you are driving a 96 with a 350 they werent great...

The super charger should fit. and i would be concerned about your trans at 150k not sure if it will hold up unless you have had it rebuilt.

Do you know who made the lift? Or how much lift you have? A place like Rough Country might be able to help, I had a jk jeep come in for a sway bar link and RC helped out alot and the link fit.

If its bent like that then i guess its time to hit up a salvage yard and get a replacement.
