Well I've checked everything before I start. No coolant in the oil. No rusty sh!t on the filler cap. So I'm going to start taking the radiator off and check that beast. Will check in sometime today or Saturday.

I have straights from the cats back. no muffler. It IS louder. My buddy has the same set up on his 2 door and his exhaust pops alot when he hits the gas. My Hoe is a 4dr and it just rumbles nice and loud with no popping.

pdl I have a 99 4d 4x4 hoe and had the same problem with my passenger pdl. I sprayed some wd40 on it every other day for about a week and a half or so and now it works perfectly fine.
