Has anyone removed thier lower valence?

I did the same not too long ago. Installed a 2.5" front leveling kit with a 1" rear spacer. Felt the running boards and front valence looked out of place, so took them off too. I will post some pics for you; looks much better. I, too, removed the tabs with a razor blade. It cut through the...

    Tires for leveling kit....Pics Please

I am installing the CCM leveling kit 2.5" front and 1" rear and I am deciding on tires and wheels. I know I want to do a 20" wheel with roughly a 33" tire. I have been interested in the Cooper Zeon LTZ in a 305/55R20 or 275/60R20, the Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ's in a 305/55R20, and the Toyo...

    Offset/Backspacing with leveling kit

Well, I have a 10" wide wheel now and a tire that is 12.6" wide. Since it has 6.6" of back spacing, do you think I could do some mock up spacing with washers (no driving) just to get an idea. It should be the same as the real thing. Not to mention, it is still stock height. I think that...

    Shipping Wheels/Tires

Who has the best rates when shipping heavy wheel/tire combos. My 24's with tires are around 100lbs and I think fedex and ups are usually expensive for that much weight, I think? Should I just take them there and get a quote? Any suggestions? Thanks

    Offset/Backspacing with leveling kit

Well a common wheel for the Chevy's is a 20 x 10 with a -25mm offset (I think they are usuallly 4.5" backspace) If I could run that with only minor inner fender well trimming that would be great

    Offset/Backspacing with leveling kit

Ok, I did some research on frontspacing and backspacing and I am still a little confused. In general, I wheel is usally 1" wider than it is listed (outer flange to outer flange). It was hard to measure my 24 x 10's b/c the tires are on the wheels, but 11" is in the ballpark. Therefore, if my...

    Offset/Backspacing with leveling kit

I am going to purchase and leveling kit (probably 2.5" front with 1" or 1.5" rear) for my 2007 Tahoe 2wd. Right now I am running 24 x 10 Boss 330's with 315/35/24s with a +30mm offset and 6.619" Backspacing. I am not sure if I am going with a 305/55-20 ATZ, 325/50-20 ATZ, or a 33/12.50-20...

    Removing grill and taillights

I wanted to be extra careful and not break anything when doing these and I got stuck on both. I would like to remove the complete grill (black plastic mesh and chrome trim). I removed the 4 top bolts and wasn't sure what else had to be removed. I also tried to take off a taillight...
