it's 2007. where the lowest/very back part of the fenders and the very back of the front bumper meet. so they are near the front tires.mine are just so little you can barely notice it.

i also have that on mine, both sides. I can barely notice it. I don't know how bad yours is, but I can live w/ it. it obviously is a defect and you have the right to be mad.

I got my Tahoe LT1 CA special edition for about $33K. MSRP was $39.5K. I purchased it in April 2007. I know it's outdated, but just wanted to tell you they knocked off about $6,500 when Tahoe was "hot." They should be able to give you a much better offer now than in 2007. Hope this helps.
