Windshield Wiper

I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe. My windshield wipers just stopped working. Before they completely stopped they were kind of pausing or hesitant. Any advice

I have a 2004 and the wipers were working only on the fast speed. I replaced the switch, but that was not it. It was the wiper motor. Might want to troubleshoot the switch first.
