I have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe Z71 with 81,000 miles.
The engine whistles at below 30 degrees outside temp. It happens at startup then goes away then comes back while driving. When the temp is above 30 degrees it does not whistle. It seems to be coming from passenger side. Both serpintine belts replaced and new gm idlers. I appreciate your thoughts on this problem.
