Which Mod would best fix my style ??

Let me get some opinions on this. I drive my Yukon very little, i mean six miles every other day. The most I drive is on the weekends with a 18 foot bass boat about sixty miles in middle Tennessee which has hills. The boat ramps are pretty steep as well so I try not to be hard on the tranny but it is hard on boat ramps. Which mod would most benifit me and my situation, Headers, Air Intake, Exaust, etc...

What Im going for

What Im going for would be reliability in a aftermarket product that would in no way be any more stressfull on my 5.3. Im not looking to go fast, I could care less about speed, I got a police cruiser for that but I would like to tow a house with my Yukon and not think twice about it. My Yuk already has 150k miles on it and I expect the trans to go out within the next 50k if I continue to tow my boat, so what kind of trans kit would be good ?
