Where's the microphone?

:confused2:The other day I'm driving along talking to the wife on the hands free phone in the Hoe and she say's, "I can't hear you, talk closer to the phone". All of a sudden it dawns on me that I don't know where the microphone for the hands free phone is.

I looked all over the place and all I can find is the little circular slatted thingy over the drivers head, but that's the interior thermostat if I'm not mistaken. I checked the owners manual but can't find anything about it. So...does anyone know where the h#%& the microphone for the phone is in the Tahoe???

I don't have one. I have a sunroof, so would it be above the rear view mirror up by the windshield where the garage door buttons are?
