Hey everyone, I'm new here and joined up looking for some help.
For a couple days now my 03 Chevy has been making a weird clunking noise whenever I shift into reverse. It stops when the car starts moving but starts again whenever I'm in idle. Does anyone have any idea what it could be and should i expect when I take it into a shop?
Also, I'm new to the Toledo area in Ohio and was hoping someone could recommend a good service shop. I did a google search from came up with Thayer Chevy as a good place to get work done, but i heard you shouldn't take your car to dealers for this kinda of work.
I'm sorry if it seems like i'm asking a lot of questions but its my first car and I don't really know that much so I've become super paranoid about getting this fixed right.
