Washer pumps for a '95

Neither of my washer pumps work on my '95. They don't even try. I can hit the switches for them and the wiper arms start, but no pump action. Is there a separate fuse I should check? would it work to pull the harness and check for voltage when the switch is pressed?
Any other thoughts or previous experience with this issue?

mine did it, but the wipers were out too. replaced the wiper motor and it fixed it. not too sure if thats whats wrong with yours, especially cuz u say your wipers work. just a thought.

I contorted myself enough to hold a voltmeter on the plug with one hand while I reached in and hit the switch on the blinker arm with the other. I found that I had power to the plug so I replaced the motor. All's well now.
