Just traded up my 02 for an 07 and I LOVE IT! Dont worry, we kept the 02 and got rid of a mazda :giggling: My question is this, I bought the extended GM warranty that covers me bumper to bumper for 5/75k. Will putting exhaust, intake etc void out any of my warranty?

The dealership would have to prove the modification caused the problem if there was a warranty issue. Question is do you want the headache if a problem should arise...?

I agree with Johnebgoode that they have to PROVE that the modification has caused the problem. The dealerships have never cared about intakes and exhausts on any of my vehicles, but I do keep the chips a secret. I remove that every time I get one of my cars serviced.

If you are still worried, just buy the GM performance intake and exhaust.

Another reason to remove it is if it's a Superchips anyway is because if the dealer changes your software, you won't be able to go back to stock with your programmer. :nonod:
