Used Tahoes (2009 and more recent)

I am finishing up school and looking to buy a used Tahoe when I get back to TX. Based on my research I am looking for 2009 and newer (better gas mileage). I plan to use it primarily for city driving so HD/Z71 packages are not necessary but wanted to get thoughts on recent body changes on 2009-2012 models. Are there any other considerations I should be researching prior to visiting dealerships?

I am looking for the following options:
-Black exterior
-Tan leather interior, preferably captains chairs in the second row - are these only available on the LTZ package?
-under 45k miles
-What are major differences in leather interior on the LS, LT and LTZ models?
-Is < $30k a reasonable price target for this basic setup?
