I got an error code of P0171, left bank lean, P0174, right bank
lean, and P0300, random multiple cylinder misfire on my 1997 hoe yesterday. I just installed Bosch +4 iridium fusion spark plugs, Bosch plug wires, new distributor cap and rotor, 2 Bosch O2 sensors ( divers side or left bank only), and a new brake booster. Any ideas why its running lean? Also when you take off from a stop it sputters and wants to stall. Any help is
appreciated.

I've ran into a lot of problems with the bosch plugs at work, I wouldn't use them. If you had the problem before they were put in it's obviously not the problem though.

Try plugging the vac. hose to the brake booster. This will eliminate a bad booster.

Also try unplugging the MAF and see if it runs any better. Do you have a k&n air filter? Your MAF might be contaminated with oil.

Sounds like it's running rich look to see if your tail pipe is black with soot. All a lean code means is that the O2 sensor is sensing a high level of oxygen in the exhaust. missing cyl's will set the same codes cause they aren't burning all the oxygen.
