I have the BFG AT's and they have been a great tire, so I assume the BFG MT's are just as well.

I hope they turn out good. Mounted and Balanced they were still almost 250-300$ cheaper than the bfg mt's

there's a reason for that, BFGs are incrediblely strong, have low road noise and vibration, and they don't wear down as much as other tires. and in my opinion its the best looking tire, although the pro comp xterrain (i think) is pretty nasty lookin

always loved the nitto mud grapplers. although theyre damn near an offroad 'only' tire. i agree with the BFG's tho, you pay a little more and get a great tire.

I've had two sets of Michelin LTX M/S on my 1999 GMC Suburban K2500. First set was fine; second set developed cracks in the sidewalls at an early age. A few hunderd miles ago I ditched the cracked Michelins in favor of Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armor Pro Grade (Pro Grade for the 3/4 ton load rating). Quite, good ride (as good as it gets in the K2500) - have not tried them off road or in snow yet.

Michelins are great tires. Ran two sets for 150,000 miles. This time, I needed tires for a trip and couldn't get Michelins so I got Bridgestones. Happy with them too.

I am a total newbie when it somes to tires, Can someone give me an idea as to whats a good size to go with to make my truck look beefy, without changing my rims, lifting my truck or anything like that. Just a tire swap. Thanks
