Tire size change ideas?

Hey kids, I just put some 20" wheels on the hoe and hate the way the low profile tires seem to "track" in the bad roads here in OKC. It was fine with the taller stock tires. What I was wanting to know is does anyone have a pic of some 20s on a truck with a taller sidewall and would this help fix or reduce my problem? I know that a low profile look is better, but the roads here make that a little unsafe.

My size is P275/45R20. What size are your PC?

I don't know if those fender flares will be in the way, on a stock Tahoe you can use 275/55/20 or 285/50/20 up to 305/50/20, depending off the off-set and width of your rims.
