Tie rod end thread size and pitch?

Hey Guys,

I just put a lift on my 09 Hoe and instead of cutting the outer tie rod ends I want to cut threads further onto the inner rod and then get sleeves for the inner and use full length or regular size outer.

Now for the question what size is the thread and the pitch between the inner and outer tie rod ends? I believe it to be M16 or M14 x1.50. Any help would be great.
