Thinking of buying '07-'09 Tahoe - what should I look for?

I'm looking at the 07-09 Tahoes and have to keep it under $20,000 so that probably relegates me to only high mileage ones. What should I check out on these 100k mile+ trucks so that I don't get a lemon?
