tech. service bulliten help needed

I posted a thread earlier about my wife's 02 tahoe's "strange behavior." On another site I found a tech. serv. bulliten that in the summary appears to address the problem. But I couldn't find the bulletin in it's entirety. Can anyone tell me where to find the whole bulletin. The tsb #040604012, sequence # 10008669 is what I'm looking for. Any help is greatly appreciated.

if you call your local dealer and give them that number, they should be able to assist if it fits the bullien.
