Tahoe Popping Noise from radio

When cracking the car the radio will make a popping sound and turn on. Other times various instruments dont opertate. Turning th car off and back on may correct the problem.:confused2:

Starter / coil grounding problem? I'd take her back to the dealer ASAP for some lookin' under the hood!!!
