Tahoe not getting throttle response. Sounds like its going to bog when i hit the gas

I can hear the fuel pump turn on, and it does start. Although, every now and then it doesn't want to for awhile. I took it in to the shop and had a new distributor put on because the screws broke off of it and wouldn't old the cap on straight.
Could it be the fuel filter?
Injectors?

Get fuel pressure tested, I would also test the Catalytic converter....
