i have a 96 tahoe with the 2 flip out back doors... i want to change it to the tailgate and rear hatch window... has anyone done this before?? it seems to me like i would just have to cut out the old hinges.. get new ones for the talgate and hatch.. measure it all up and weld the new ones in... i go to school a couple nights a week for auto body.. so i have the equipment, the place and someone with knowlage on doing it right... just wondering if anyone had already done it? and how did it turn out..
