While I have some time before it gets cold, I'm gonna try to find an answer before I have trouble again.
I have a 2003 Tahoe that will run very rough ONLY when the ambient temp
is below 40 degrees or so. I'd get an engine light (I believe the code was P0174). The year before it had to be freezing before this would happen. As soon as the temp went above 50-55 degrees for a day or so, the light went off and everything was fine.
What can I start looking at. I was told that it could be the plenum warping in the cold or its gasket. But wouldn't the symptom go away when the engine and engine compartment warmed up?
Thx
